We offer a free no obligation consultation to all prospective clients to discuss and understand your business.

We listen carefully and gain a full understanding of current corporate identity and your company ethos and brand.
We gain an understanding of your company history, target market , key products and services and company strengths
We assess your competitors and relevant industry marketing trends
We discuss future goals of your company and how your marketing plan may need to be updated as your company evolves and grows
We gain an understanding of your marketing campaign expectations, intended budget and design preferences.

At the end of this stage we plan to have a common understanding of your objectives and goals.

After initial meeting and discussion The Marketing Pod team will go and brainstorm all ideas for your project with your budget and return on investment at the forefront of their minds. Considerations include:

Optimum display of your products and services
Ease of use and functionality
Technologies required e.g. newsfeeds or e-commerce capabilities
Search engine optimisation technical requirements

Once we have been given the green light to proceed our projects will pass through the following phases:

Website Layout and Functionality – Final website layout is approved by client.
Graphic Design – The design team create first draft of design for discussion and review.
Design Draft Approval – The final design draft is approved and ready for programming.
Graphics – Client provides all graphics required for site e.g. pictures for gallery section
Content Writing – Final text must be approved and submitted.
Programming – Programming and supporting technologies are now completed
Data entry – Images and content are uploaded onto site

Once all elements of website deployment are complete website is presented to client for review.

Sign off is necessary before website will be uploaded to your hosting server.
If you would prefer to upload and host your own website we can transfer files to you and you can look after your own hosting.
All of our sites come with an easy to use content management system and we will provide you with instructions on how to use.
If you do not wish to manage the website after launch, we can provide a website maintenance service.
